A 6-month settling-in grant (¥30,000/month) for newly arrived or transferring international students in Hiroshima Prefecture. About 10 recipients annually (FY2025). Separate from the main 12-month scholarship.
For self-funded students who newly arrived from overseas or transferred to Hiroshima Prefecture during the award year. University nomination required.
